Manuscriptchk is a product of Manuscript Technomedia LLP, built for researchers and authors who want to know — before an editor or a desk-review checklist tells them — whether their manuscript is actually ready to submit.
We started from a simple observation: most manuscripts aren't rejected for weak science, they're delayed or bounced back for avoidable things — a missing conflict-of-interest statement, a citation with no matching reference, an inconsistent heading style, a typo in the corresponding author's email. Those are exactly the things a careful, structured check can catch in minutes instead of a reviewer catching them in weeks.
What Manuscriptchk actually does
Upload a manuscript (DOCX, PDF, or TXT) and our QC engine runs six focused checks in one pass: spelling and language, overall structural quality, a checklist of required manuscript components, reference-list validation, citations that are missing from your reference list, and reference-list entries that are never cited. You get a single scored report — as a PDF for sharing and a Word file for editing — plus the original file, all saved permanently to your account and emailed to you the moment it's ready.

Your manuscript stays yours
Unpublished work is sensitive. Files are processed only to run your check, stored securely against your account, and never shared, sold, or used to train anything.
Honest about limits
A QC check improves your odds of a clean desk review — it doesn't and can't guarantee acceptance. Editorial decisions are always the journal's.
No subscriptions
