Shipping Policy

Manuscriptchk sells access to a software-based QC check, not a physical product. Nothing is packaged, shipped, or couriered — there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or customs considerations of any kind.

• As soon as your check completes, the report appears directly in your dashboard under History, viewable online and downloadable as a PDF or Word (.docx) file.
• The completed report is also emailed automatically to the address on your account, with the PDF attached.
• Your original uploaded manuscript remains available for download from the same History entry at any time.

Most checks complete within a few minutes of upload, depending on manuscript length and current queue load. You don't need to keep the page open — leave and come back, or wait for the completion email, and the report will be exactly where you left it in your dashboard.

Because delivery is entirely digital, Manuscriptchk is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection — there is no region restriction on where a report can be "shipped" to.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, your report and original file are always available for download from Dashboard → History regardless of email delivery status. If you still need help, write to contact@mstechnomedia.com with the manuscript name and your registered email.
