Pricing Policy

Manuscriptchk charges a single flat fee per manuscript QC check — there are no subscriptions, monthly plans, seats, or usage tiers. You pay once per manuscript and receive one full check.

• All six publication-readiness checks: spelling & language, overall QC/structure, missing-components checklist, reference validation, missing (orphaned) citations, and unused references.
• A full report delivered as both a PDF and an editable Word (.docx) file.
• The report and your original file stored permanently in your account, downloadable at any time.
• Automatic email delivery of the report once your check completes.

GST is charged at the rate shown at checkout (currently 18%) and is already included in the total you pay — the amount shown before you pay is the amount you are charged, in full.

The price and GST rate are configured by us and may change from time to time. A price change only applies to checks started after the change takes effect — it never changes the amount for a check you have already paid for, and it never triggers an additional charge on an existing, unused paid credit.

At our discretion, we may issue promotional or institutional access codes that let a user start a check without payment. Codes are optional, may be limited in number of uses, and can be disabled or changed at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets). We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank account details — Razorpay handles that directly. A payment receipt is emailed to you automatically once a payment is confirmed.
